I just arrived from the animal shelter in Bay City. Loving Arms saw my picture and thought I was so cute that they rescued me. I am a cuddle bug and LOVE to give kisses. I am only 12 lbs so I am a little girl with lots of heart. Let’s get this adoption rolling.
