Joe Cool

I am a happy and outgoing little guy, ready for my new family. My foster mom found me in a rainstorm and brought me to safety. I like smaller dogs, am good with kids and have not met any cats. Throw a toy and I am your friend for life. We can snuggle, once walks and playtime are over. I weigh 12 lbs and will not grow much more. I am a pint sized package of cute and fun!
