Available Dogs

Mikey

My life is getting so much better now that I can see and am staying in a nice foster home. I was in deplorable conditions with 4 other dogs and we all were rescued by Loving Arms. I had cataracts back then but Loving Arms took me to a wonderful eye doctor and he was able to operate on my cataracts and now I have a whole new outlook on life and no longer walk around in circles but have a blast walking all around my big backyard. I am considered a special needs doggy as I will need to take eye drops for the rest of my life and see an eye doctor every 6 months.

Millie

My sisters and I were born to a homeless mother but we now are safe and enjoying our puppy time. I love to play and wrestle with my siblings but can be in a home where I am the only dog. I have my shots, have been spayed and am ready to join your family!

Weight: 40 lbs. I won't get much bigger.

My sisters are Luna and Lulu 2.

Mirasol

I became homeless when my human was evicted. In my foster home, I love to run with doggie friends and will snuggle in your lap when playtime is over. I walk well on leash and am housetrained.

Weight: 14 lbs.
Age: 2 years

I am a mix of some great breeds!

Pixie Jean

Yep, those are my ears. But aren't they cute? I came from the south side of Houston and am glad to be out of scary traffic and noise. It is tough being on the streets. I am a happy girl, and still getting adjusted to being in a family. I enjoy my doggie housemates but am still learning how to play like a dog. Those squeaky things called toys are interesting, but I never met one until I got to my foster home. I don't know any cats and am not ready to go there yet. One step at a time. Call me.

Prince

I see you there admiring what a cute boy I am. I was abandoned by my owner at a boarding facility I am medium to low activity level and mostly want a soft bed and humans to love me. I am really looking forward to becoming part of a family. How about yours?

Rosie

I was rescued with 34 other dogs from a very BAD situation. I am looking forward to finding a LOVING family of my own. Could it be yours? Would you have a doggy buddy for me?
I am a small girl at 10 lbs.

Skippy

I was found wandering the streets in a rough part of town. I am a low rider (Corgi mix) with lots of personality. I like other dogs, but do want to be in charge of activities. I would also be great as an only dog, with a focus on being your loyal companion.

(I have not taken up smoking. It is a rawhide stick you see in my mouth.)

Spencer

I am a happy-go-lucky young guy who is looking for a fun family with a doggy friend. I have lots of energy. Remember that I am a puppy with the activity level of a young’un. Let’s get together and see how much fun we can have together. I weigh 35 lbs

Tyson

I am a compact and happy man, weighing in at about 45 lbs. Just coming out of the puppy months, I am learning commands and gaining confidence. (I was abandoned, and waited for a long time for my person to return.) A doggie friend would be great - I do love to run and play. If you want a jogging pal, I can help there. Cats, I have not formally met, but they do act strange when I see them on walks.
